Aadhar Card is mandatory upon arrival.
Modification or Amendment is accepted in compliance with the cancellation policy.
Any changes in tax must be paid by the guest.
The Company reserves the right to cancel the booking if the balance amount is not paid by the time of arrival.
Guaranteed bookings are those for which the full and final payments have been received.
40% of the payment must be done at the time of booking.
The remaining 60% of the payment must be cleared before arrival as it is required to book stay, food, and other equipment for the trek.
Full payment must be made in advance to confirm bookings and can be done in Cash/Demand Draft/Comp Cheque at par only.
Personal cheques and post-dated cheques are not acceptable.
Payments can be deposited using bank details, online payment, Gpay, Phonepe, Paytm.
A scan or fax copy of the bank-stamped deposit Pay-in slip or a screenshot of the transaction is required for online transfers.
All rates are subject to change without prior notice based on accommodation or transportation charges.

Cancellation within 7 days of check-in: No Refund.
Cancellation within 7-14 days of check-in: 70% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellation between 14 days and 30 days of check-in: 100% refund of the total booking amount.
In case of no show: No Refund.
No refund applicable on mid-stay cancellations.
Cancellation refund will be processed in 5-10 working days.
No refund in the event of booking cancellation/rescheduling due to natural calamities & unforeseen circumstances, etc.
