Day 2

Raithal to gue to Chilpada

Trek from Raithal towards Gue, passing through beautiful landscapes and meadows. Continue your journey to Chilpada, a scenic spot ideal for setting up camp.

Spend the night in Chilpada, enjoying the serenity of the Himalayas under the stars.

Day 3

Chilpada to Dayara to Devi kund 7km

Continue your trek to the alpine meadow of Dayara Bugyal, known for its breathtaking panoramic views. From there, trek to Devi Kund, a sacred lake nestled in the mountains.

Set up camp near Devi Kund, soaking in the spiritual and serene ambiance of the area.

Day 4

Devi kund to manji 8km

Depart from Devi Kund, trekking towards the settlement of Manji. This part of the journey takes you through diverse terrains, offering stunning views and an opportunity to experience the local way of life.

Arrive in Manji and set up camp. Spend the evening resting and preparing for the next day's trek to Dodital.

Day 5

Manji to Dodital Darwa and back

Embark on a challenging day trip from Manji to Dodital, a serene lake, and then to the Darwa Pass. The pass offers magnificent views of the surrounding peaks and valleys.

After exploring Dodital and Darwa Pass, trek back to Manji for another peaceful night. This day offers a mix of serene lake views and the thrill of crossing a high-altitude pass.

Day 6

Manji to Agoda village

Begin your descent from Manji to Agoda Village. This trek back through the forests and meadows allows for reflection on the natural beauty and spiritual experiences of the past few days.

Spend the night in Agoda Village, resting and sharing stories of the trek with fellow travelers.

Day 7

Agoda village to Uttrakashi to Dehradun

Depart from Agoda Village, heading to Uttarkashi. From Uttarkashi, continue your journey back to Dehradun. This marks the end of your trekking adventure in the Garhwal Himalayas.

Once back in Dehradun, take time to reflect on the journey, from the lush meadows of Dayara Bugyal and the sacred Devi Kund to the serene Dodital and the challenging Darwa Pass. How To Reach

By Air

Dehradun’s airport is the Jolly Grant Airport, which is located 20 km away from the city centre. You can hire a taxi from the airport to reach the city, which should take you 40 to 45 minutes depending upon traffic.

By Train

Dehradun is connected by regular train services to various cities. The Dehradun Railway Station is located 1-2 kilometres away from the city centre and should take you only ten minutes, depending on traffic.

By Road

Dehradun is well connected to cities like Delhi, Shimla, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Agra, and Mussoorie by various buses. Most operate from the ISBT near Clement Town, with departures every 15–60 minutes. Additional services run from the Mussoorie Bus Station near the railway station and the Delhi Bus Stand on Gandhi Road.

For this trek you just need a day bag to carry during the trek, extra luggage can be left behind at the camp site. Proper bedded swiss tents are available on this trek.

Can we consume Alcohol during the trek?

It’s a strict no. If you fall sick during the trek due to alcohol consumption H2H has the right to cancel your trek and send you back to base village. No expenses shall be refunded in that case and you will have to pay additional for stay at base village.

How do I prepare for the trek?

Start running/walking at least 3-4 Kms everyday.

What kind of shoes will I need? Does a sport shoe work?

If it’s a snow trek a good trekking shoe is mandatory. If you buy a new shoe do walk for few days so that it fits you well and doesn’t leave you with blisters while you trek. If it is a summer trek or post monsoon trek a shoe with good grip and ankle support will do.
